These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between WEBMATE LTD. and persons using Tempo.bg, including when browsing the website, creating an account, placing orders, making payments, receiving deliveries, using additional services, returning or exchanging products, and submitting claims.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions and the related policies.

2. Products, prices and promotions

Tempo.bg makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information about products, specifications, images, availability and prices is accurate and up to date.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and minor visual differences may occur due to display settings, production batches or changes to packaging made by the manufacturer.

Prices on Tempo.bg are stated in euros (EUR) and represent the final retail prices for consumers unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before the order is confirmed.

The terms of promotions and promotional codes apply for the relevant period and may include specific restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and do not reduce the value of digital gift vouchers.

3. Customer account

Shopping may be available both with a registered account and as a guest.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their account access details secure.

Creating an account does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Marketing consent is provided separately and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Orders and conclusion of contract

The customer selects the products, variants, quantities, delivery method and payment method and confirms the order through the checkout process.

Before final confirmation, the customer has the opportunity to review and correct the information entered.

After the order is submitted, Tempo.bg sends an electronic confirmation that it has been received. Where necessary, we may contact the customer to clarify details of the order.

In rare cases, a product may become unavailable or an obvious technical error may be identified. If payment has already been made for a product that cannot be supplied, the relevant amount will be refunded using the applicable method.

5. Payment

Depending on the specific order, Tempo.bg may offer:

  • cash on delivery;
  • online payment by bank card;
  • Tempo.bg digital gift voucher;
  • purchase in instalments;
  • another payment method shown during checkout.

Online card payment

Online card payments are processed through a secure payment solution integrated via Paypercut and the relevant licensed payment service providers.

Where a refund is due for an order paid by card, the amount is refunded to the same card used for the original payment.

Cash on delivery

For cash on delivery orders, the amount due is paid using the payment method supported by the relevant courier.

For BOX NOW deliveries, cash on delivery may be paid by bank card using the payment method provided by BOX NOW before the parcel is collected.

Where a refund is due for an order paid by cash on delivery, the customer provides an IBAN to which Tempo.bg makes the bank transfer.

6. Purchase in instalments

Where instalment financing is available, the customer may apply for credit through TBI Bank or another financial institution indicated on Tempo.bg.

The relevant lender independently:

  • assesses the customer's creditworthiness;
  • decides whether the application is approved or declined;
  • determines the credit terms;
  • provides the pre-contractual information;
  • concludes the credit agreement.

Tempo.bg does not guarantee approval for credit.

Any example instalments or credit calculators shown on the website are for informational purposes. The final terms are those provided by the relevant financial institution.

If a purchase financed through credit is returned, Tempo.bg takes the necessary actions in relation to the purchase, while the financial relationship concerning the credit is governed by the agreement between the customer and the lender.

7. Digital gift vouchers

Tempo.bg offers only digital gift vouchers, which are issued after successful advance payment.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The validity period is not extended.

A gift voucher:

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • cannot be used partially;
  • cannot be purchased using another gift voucher;
  • is not reduced by promotional codes or general product discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.

If the value of the order is lower than the value of the voucher, the voucher cannot be used. The customer must add products so that the order value is at least equal to the voucher value.

If the order value is higher than the voucher value, the difference may be paid using an available payment method.

In the event of an eligible return, the amount originally paid with the voucher is not refunded in cash but is credited back to the voucher used. The original validity period remains unchanged.

8. Delivery

Tempo.bg works with courier services including Speedy and BOX NOW.

The current delivery methods, prices, free delivery thresholds and conditions for heavy or bulky products are published on the Delivery page.

For the purpose of determining a free delivery threshold, an amount paid with a gift voucher is treated as a payment method rather than a discount.

9. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving a reason, except where a statutory exception applies.

The recommended way to submit a request is through the return form.

The consumer may inspect and try the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. The consumer is liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

For voluntary returns or exchanges requested by the customer, the direct shipping costs are borne by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Detailed rules regarding footwear, clothing, racquets, packaging, exchanges and refunds are published on the returns and claims page and apply together with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Claims, statutory guarantee and servicing

Tempo.bg is liable for lack of conformity of the goods sold in accordance with the applicable law.

A claim concerning goods may be submitted within the applicable statutory period, which as a general rule is up to two years from delivery.

In the event of lack of conformity of the goods, the consumer has legal remedies against the seller that are free of charge, in accordance with Section III “Consumer Remedies. Right of Recourse” of the Bulgarian Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and on the Sale of Goods (ЗПЦСЦУПС).

Depending on the specific case, statutory remedies may include:

  • repair;
  • replacement;
  • a proportionate reduction in price;
  • termination of the contract where the statutory conditions are met.

Where the nature of the product requires it, Tempo.bg may send the product to an authorised service centre, importer or manufacturer for diagnosis and repair.

The recommended way to submit a claim is through the product return form.

11. Additional services

Tempo.bg may offer additional services such as racquet stringing, preparation of sports equipment, personalisation and other services.

The specific terms and price of each service are shown before the order is placed.

Where an individual service or personalisation falls within a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal, the customer will be informed before placing the order where required by law.

12. Personal data, cookies and content

Information about the processing of personal data is published in our Privacy Policy.

Information about cookies and similar technologies is published in our Cookie Policy.

Texts, graphic elements, website structure, design and proprietary content of Tempo.bg are protected by the applicable intellectual property laws. Trademarks, logos and materials belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective rights holders.

For consumers in the Sofia region, in accordance with the applicable territorial distribution, the General Conciliation Commission at the Commission for Consumer Protection with its seat in Sofia operates as the competent body.

Before requesting the opening of conciliation proceedings, the consumer should first refer the dispute directly to the trader.

Further information and electronic services are available at www.kzp.bg.

The alternative dispute resolution procedure does not restrict the right of either party to seek judicial protection.

Applicable law and amendments

Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the applicable law of the European Union.

These Terms and Conditions do not restrict any rights granted to consumers by mandatory statutory provisions.

Tempo.bg may update these Terms and Conditions in the event of changes to legislation, services, logistics or payment partners, or other significant circumstances.

The terms applicable to a specific order are those in force at the time the order is placed, unless the law provides otherwise.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 29.09.2026.
