Delivery in Bulgaria
Depending on the product and delivery address, you can choose between:
- BOX NOW locker;
- Speedy locker;
- Speedy office;
- courier delivery to an address.

For locker delivery, you can choose between the available BOX NOW and Speedy lockers for your order. The final delivery price and available delivery methods are shown before you confirm your order.
Free delivery threshold
The free delivery threshold is determined based on the value of the goods after any discounts and promotional codes have been applied, but before deducting any amount paid with a Tempo.bg gift voucher.
For example, if the value of the products is €90 and you pay for the order with a gift voucher, the order will still be considered an order worth €90 for the purpose of determining the applicable delivery terms.
Delivery to a locker
Locker delivery is the most affordable standard delivery option available at Tempo.bg. The available lockers are shown during checkout.
BOX NOW and cash on delivery
For delivery to a BOX NOW locker, cash on delivery is not paid in cash at the locker. If the order has not been prepaid, the customer should follow the instructions provided by BOX NOW to make the payment by bank card before collecting the parcel.
Heavy and bulky products
Standard delivery prices apply to parcels that meet the size and weight limits of the selected delivery method.
Some heavy or bulky products may not be eligible for locker delivery, may require a different courier service, or may have an individually calculated delivery price. In such cases, the available delivery methods and final price will be shown during checkout or confirmed with the customer before dispatch.
The standard free delivery thresholds may not apply to certain oversized or special shipments.
Processing and delivery time
Products that are in stock are usually prepared for dispatch within one business day.
For products or services that require additional processing, personalisation, racquet stringing or other preparation, the processing time may be longer.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the delivery time depends on the selected courier, the destination and the schedule of the relevant service. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, periods of high order volume, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Tempo.bg.
Tracking and collection
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where such information is provided by the selected courier. For locker delivery, you will receive the necessary code or collection instructions from the relevant operator.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected within the period specified by the selected office or locker operator, it may be returned to Tempo.bg. A new delivery charge may apply if the parcel is sent again.
Checking your parcel upon delivery
If the shipping packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend checking the parcel in the presence of the courier where the selected delivery method allows this.
For locker deliveries, we recommend taking photos of any visible shipping damage immediately after collection and contacting us as soon as possible.
These recommendations do not limit your statutory rights in the event of a defect, lack of conformity or incorrectly fulfilled order.
