Using this form, you can request a return within 14 days, an exchange, report an incorrectly delivered or damaged product, or submit a claim for a defect or lack of conformity.
For a return or exchange requested by the customer, the product should only have been inspected and tried to the extent necessary and must not show signs of actual use. Please note:
- the product must not have been worn or used for an extended period or outdoors;
- it must not have been washed, soiled, scratched or damaged;
- it must not show traces of perfume, cosmetics, make-up, strong fragrances or other substances;
- where possible, please keep the original packaging, labels and all accessories supplied with the product.
For a return or exchange requested by the customer, the direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please do not send parcels cash on delivery at the expense of Tempo.bg.
In the case of a valid warranty claim, transport damage or an incorrectly delivered product, the necessary costs are covered by us.
