Arena Elite Finger Paddles cover the fingers rather than the whole hand, leaving the palm exposed to the water. The extra resistance at the fingertips draws attention to the catch phase while maintaining a direct feel of the water through the palm.

Focused catch-phase training

• A compact, flat shape designed for catch technique in all four swimming strokes.
• An uncovered palm maintains direct contact with the water.
• Multiple strap positions let you adjust the fit over your fingers.
• Smooth, rounded edges support safer use in a shared pool.

Made from 90% polyethylene and 10% thermoplastic rubber. Their smaller working area makes them a useful option for swimmers who want less added resistance than full-size paddles while concentrating on technique.
