The SELECT Slingtrainer uses adjustable suspension straps for bodyweight strength and stability exercises. It attaches to an appropriate secure anchor and allows different pulling and supporting movements.
The straps adjust from 210 to 320 cm and the system weighs 750 g. The construction uses heavy-duty nylon and metal hooks with comfortable handles, and includes a storage bag.
