2G-Namd Flex Force
2G-Namd Flex Force is a highly elastic graphite material that allows the frame to flex and snap back quickly during impact. It is designed to support ball pocketing and spin potential while retaining a responsive feel.
The Yonex PERCEPT 100D in Olive Green is designed for the player who cares not only where a shot goes, but how predictably it leaves the string bed. Compared with the more versatile PERCEPT 100, this version carries a 305 g nominal frame weight and a denser 18/19 pattern. It belongs with developed swings, purposeful changes of direction and players who already generate their own racquet speed.
Precision built around preparation
A 100-square-inch head still provides useful contact area, but the distinctive attraction is the more disciplined response of the strings. When a baseline exchange accelerates and a small change of depth determines who takes control, PERCEPT 100D offers a configuration that favours deliberate placement. It rewards footwork, timing and good technique rather than compensating for the absence of them.
Yonex combines ISOMETRIC geometry with the FlexCon System, 2G-Namd Flex Force and SERVO FILTER to balance flex, impact feedback and trajectory control. Olive Green recalls the range’s original 2023 introduction. For an experienced player who feels a regular 16/19 pattern is too lively, this version offers a meaningful alternative without reducing head size to 97 square inches.
Technologies
FlexCon System
The shaped, elongated shaft is engineered for controlled flex through contact, extending the ball-pocketing sensation and supporting deliberate placement on well-executed strokes.
ISOMETRIC
Yonex ISOMETRIC uses a more squared-off head geometry that optimizes main and cross string intersections. Yonex reports an approximately 7% larger sweet spot than a comparable conventional round head, supporting a more forgiving response when contact is off centre.
Servo Filter
SERVO FILTER is an elastic film integrated between graphite layers in the frame. It is designed to reduce unwanted vibrations while preserving useful feedback to the hand for a more precise impact feel.
Stiff Racquet Face Design
Additional graphite layers reinforce the racquet face during impact. Yonex positions this as a way to stabilize ball trajectory and improve shot-to-shot consistency while allowing the shaft to retain its designed flex.
