Its eight-sided profile engages the ball, while SIF (Silicone Infused Filament) technology reduces friction between strings and encourages fast snapback. Yonex recommends REV for medium to fast swings and aggressive topspin play.
The 200 m reel has a 1.25 mm gauge (16L) in the official White colourway. The reel format is suited to repeated racquet stringing in a workshop or club.
