Vibrabsorb System²
Vibrabsorb System² is Babolat’s advanced vibration-damping arrangement developed using SMAC technology. The manufacturer describes a combination of elastomers integrated into the carbon-fibre structure around the racquet throat, with additional damping foam in the core and/or elastomer elements in the handle depending on construction. The objective is to reduce the amount of impact vibration reaching the hand, which is especially relevant to stiff carbon racquets. The system contributes to playing comfort but cannot replace appropriate technique or guarantee injury prevention.
