The Babolat SFX 4 Clay Women is a wider-fitting tennis shoe designed for players who prioritise cushioning and support. Its breathable upper and padded tongue soften the fit, while internal support straps steady the midfoot during lateral movement. Extra Cush combines an EVA layer with an extended heel area for progressive landing cushioning. The Michelin rubber outsole has a clay-specific tread, and added rubber protects the inner forefoot from drag wear. The last is wider than a standard tennis shoe; Babolat advises standard-width feet to consider a half to one size smaller.

Extra Cush
Extra Cush is a cushioning technology developed specifically for the Babolat SFX 4 tennis shoes. An extended heel area and rocker-shaped sole geometry work together with a consistent layer of EVA foam beneath the heel. This construction progressively absorbs impact from landings at different angles, helping maintain comfort during movement on court.
