A newer Pure Aero aerodynamic construction designed to reduce drag, increase racquet-head acceleration and make spin generation easier.
The Babolat Pure Aero+ Gen9 takes the spin-focused Pure Aero formula and adds extra length. Its 700 mm frame offers more reach and leverage for players who like to attack with heavy topspin and a committed, full swing.
A 100 sq in head, 300 g unstrung weight and 16/19 string pattern keep the core performance close to the standard Pure Aero, but the additional length changes the handling. It can help generate pace on serve and groundstrokes, while demanding slightly more preparation in tight exchanges.
AeroModular 4 is shaped to cut air resistance, FSI Spin supports string movement and NF²-Tech uses natural flax fibres to soften vibration. This extended graphite racquet is supplied unstrung.
